Microsoft has announced the retirement of some SharePointOnline information management and in-place records management features,starting April 2026.

Our iWorkplace™ solutions already use modern MicrosoftPurview capabilities and do not rely on any of the features being retired.

Some organisations – especially those with older Microsoft365 tenants – may still have these legacy features enabled or built intoday-to-day processes.

The retirement will only cause issues if your currentbusiness processes depend on them. That’s why now is the right time to reviewhow information is classified, protected, and governed across your environment.
